The Tea Trolley
The Tea Trolley is taken round the Medical Day Unit every weekday morning. Patients and visitors are all offered tea, coffee, hot chocolate or herbal tea (sadly, not in a china cup!) often with the added temptation of a small biscuit.
The trolley was introduced as a result of a fundraiser, Cameron Wimble, taking part in the 2015 London Virgin Marathon and in so doing, raised over £5,000 which he requested be used to fund this much loved service. |
