Meet & Greet

The Meet & Greet team of 31 volunteers coordinated by Sarah Phipps, play an important part of the patient experience within the hospital.
   
Meet & Greet volunteers are often the first point of contact and offer reassurance to patients and visitors to the hospital, whether directing or taking them to an appointment, ordering a porter or simply giving them a friendly smile.

Our volunteers cover both Wallace Wing Reception, Dovehouse Street and Main reception at the Fulham Road entrance.

We offer support daily, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm.
