Meet & Greet

The Meet & Greet continues to expand and now has a team of 35 volunteers coordinated by Sarah Phipps.

The team play an important part of the patient experience within the hospital as they direct, and accompany patients and carers through the many corridors of the Chelsea buildings.
   
Meet & Greet volunteers are often the first point of contact and offer reassurance to patients and visitors to the hospital, whether directing or taking them to an appointment, ordering a porter or simply giving them a friendly smile.

Our volunteers cover both Wallace Wing Reception and Main reception, providing support Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm.
