Meet & Greet

The Meet & Greet team of volunteers coordinated by Sarah Phipps, play an important part of the patient experience within the hospital.   

​We are often one of the first points of contacts and therefore offer reassurance to the patients and visitors to the hospital.   Whether assisting with locating an appointment, taking them to an appointment, ordering a porter or pushing the wheelchair or simply giving them a friendly smile.

We have a team of 23 volunteers on the Meet & Greet team and cover both Wallace Wing Reception, Dovehouse Street and Main reception at the Fulham Road entrance.

We offer support daily, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm.
