In 2026, we have agreed to spending over £80,000 for the purchase of new hospital equipment (updated 12.3.26).
Some of the departments who have benefited from these new commitments are:
*Occupational Therapy
* Pain Management Team
* Critical Care Unit
* Theatres
* Urology
* Rehabilitation (Markus Centre)
In 2025, the Friends, Chelsea committed to over £300,000 for medical equipment and amenities to support patients, their carers and staff.
Furthermore, in 2024, the Friends, Chelsea approved over £170,000.
Every year, the Friends of The Royal Marsden, Chelsea aim to contribute in the region of £250,000 to £275,000 towards equipment, services and amenities at The Royal Marsden, Chelsea.
The money raised is through a combination of donations, legacies, subscriptions, fundraising events and the profits from the Friends Shop and Cafe.
