I am sure patients will notice a massive difference with the new chair and staff will be very happy to use the probe and utilise something that will make their job easier, and improve patient care. Thank you as well Joana, for taking the time to present on behalf of the department and doing a great job. Thank you all.
Best wishes

I am writing to say a huge thank you for supporting the purchase of the Leonardo mini laser device for treating low risk bladder cancer. It has taken us a while to be considered laser safe but I am pleased to inform you that we completed treatment for our first few patients today. The patient here in the photo was thrilled to learn that the purchase was made by the Friends and was equally delighted to be the first patient treated. Thanks again for your support.

Staff has been very complementary on the CCU trolleys that were purchased with the support from the Friends of the Marsden- Chelsea
It is unanimous that the trolleys are easy to manoeuvre. Please see below some of the CCU nurses comments.

" Easy to use and silent drawers ( quite important especially at night time to allow patients to rest)"
“The trolleys have been very helpful for us bedside nurses. The drawers are easy to open, and I appreciate that I can access all of them at the same time.”
“Thank you to the generous people who donated these items—your support truly makes a difference in our daily work and patient care.”
